Ashley M. Pileika is an attorney with the Law Office of Darren Wolf, P.C., where she represents survivors of sexual abuse, harassment, discrimination, and catastrophic injury in complex civil litigation nationwide. Her practice focuses on institutional accountability and civil rights litigation, with recent successes including securing substantial settlements for survivors of child sexual abuse, a class action settlement in constitutional civil rights litigation, and defeating dispositive motions in clergy and institutional abuse cases.
