Nolan Mitchell is a partner at Quarles and Brady LLP where he represents public and private companies and individuals in complex business disputes nationwide, with experience at both the trial and appellate levels. His disparate practice focuses on distribution and franchise disputes, securities and consumer class actions, claims brought under the TCPA and state consumer protection and wage laws, and litigation involving Section 230 immunity, internet law, and tort matters.
